My name is Jeffrey Duckworth and I am many things. First and most important, I'm a husband and stay at home father of 3. I formed Duck of All Trades as a way to support my family and expand my passion for illustration and design. I consider myself lucky to be able to do both. My family inspires my work daily and I hope it shows.

I graduated from the College of Design at North Carolina State University in 2002. I worked for 6 years in the design profession working with individual, small businesses, large corporations and the federal government. Some of my job titles have include art director, graphic designer and illustrator. Those 6 years helped me to develop the skills and maturity it takes to run a business.

I have a large range of design skills that I use daily in my work. Flexibility and adaptability are my strengths. I have experience with illustration, layout, graphic design, puppet making and website design. This allows me to not only make a product, but to create and identity for that product.

In my free time, I enjoy writing/illustrating children's picture books, puppet making, reading and  theatre.
