My name is Elizabeth Wootton, a creator, an artist, and a dreamer. I am 23 years-old and was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. Here there is so much that can inspire an artist. My inspirations in life come mostly from other brilliant minds that capture the hearts of an audience; such as artists, illustrators, actors, actresses, writers and producers. But my biggest inspiration was my old pup Annie, a basest hound, a companion, a family member, but most of all a friend. My work consists of a variety of styles and creativity because of these inspirations.

I graduated with honors from The Art Institute of Charleston in 2008. I worked for 5 years in the design profession from a local small companies in Charleston, SC. Some of my job descriptions have included, running press machines, screen printing, apparel design, set-up for print, graphic design, illustration, and bindery. With different skills gathered from these 5 years, my talent has evolved and improved and I believe it shows in my work.

I tend to illustrate very fun and whimsical images as well a the "Gothic" style that has become quite popular within the last few years. I always begin with sketches, then final drawings then adding color to brighten up the image. I add color by either computer treatments or by traditional artistic treatments. My goal for each and every illustration is to bring the best of the character(s) out of the story and into the audiences hearts.

In my free time, I love drawing and illustrating, and completing my fine art, but most of all I love spending with my 2 nieces and nephew.
